Questions
Cohorts are scheduled quarterly, typically in September-November (Cape Town spring) and March-May (Cape Town autumn). Contact us for specific dates.
The Beyond Experience is designed for individual participants. The cohort dynamic requires each person to be fully present. We can recommend accommodations nearby for partners who wish to travel.
You don't. Full participation requires being offline for 7 days. Leaders who try to "check in" on work undermine their own transformation—and the cohort's.
No. This is leadership development. While the work can be emotionally profound, it is not a substitute for mental health care.
You leave with a 90-day action plan, peer accountability partnerships, and scheduled check-ins. Many participants describe their Beyond cohort as the most valuable peer group they've ever had.
